Mind the Brain 2024

How can cells in our heads give rise to the richness of our conscious experience? How do we become conscious of the world around us? And – are answers to these questions even in the reach of science? Come join us at Mind the Brain 2024 for a day of talks all on the topic of Consciousness. Researchers from the field of Cognitive Neuroscience will be sharing their insights on how our brains give rise to our imagination, sense of time passing, consciousness-altering psychedelic experiences, and much more. Mind the Brain is organised by University College London’s Institute of Cognitive Neuroscience to bring scientific findings from the lab to the public.
